Glucose Oxidase is a kind of aerobic dehydrogenase with high effective. β-D glucose could be oxidized into gluconic acid and H2O2 by glucose oxidase, oxygen be consumed during the reaction. Gluconic acid could lower the PH value in the gastro-intestinal tract, it's helpful to activate protease and inhibit harmful bacterial. H2O2 has a broad spectrum bactericidal effect. Meanwhile anaerobic environment contribute to well-balance of intestinal micro flora. The main functions include to consume oxygen, inhibit harmful bacteria and to reduce oxidant reaction, etc. STROGOis highly recommended to feed industry and farms, especially in non-antibiotic situation.
